Best suited for adult guests. Accommodations are neither child-safe, barrier-free (handicap accessible) nor suitable for pets.

The space
In addition to homey comforts (the interior gingerbread style architecture, gently loved antiques, modern amenities in this 100 y.o. abode), expect hospitality, the niche of that separates this lodging from others in the area. The room sleeps 2 adults on a linen layered queen size bed with a foam mattress topper. There is a shared bathroom (cleaned daily when multiple guests stay) between the rooms, all located on the 2nd floor. Rooms are keyed for security. There is a common area landing between the rooms self-serve hot/cold beverages and some snacks. Microwave and frig are conveniently available also on that community landing. The hostess loves pets, the "olders", and children but the house is not set up safely for this. There are stairs to house entry and up to the rooms.
