Dive right in

This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
The secluded farm is located on a hilltop with 360 degree views overlooking the city, Angono hills and ridges and Laguna de Bay.

The space
This 3.5 hectare private space (which can be used for team building, private events, family gatherings, company conferences or quarantine place) is all for your own exclusive use. We do not book any other guests while you are occupying both stand-alone casitas.

The farm has two casitas, a 20 m swimming pool with its own shower area, outdoor viewing deck, walking path, separate kitchen and more space to do mostly anything!

It offers a sense of “roughing it” but not too much with a complete indoor living space.

On site there are a four head of sheep, one goat and one carabao.

This is the best place to relax, unwind, disconnect or isolate with an intimate group.

Casitas 1 and 2 each have:
- split type AC
-en suite bathroom
-mini ref
-glass sliding doors on three sides
-view of the pool

ENTRANCE FEE:
Subdivision management charges an entrance fee per vehicle, but the first two vehicles are free of charge, already covered by us, the host.

However, each succeeding vehicle will be charged 100 pesos each. This can be settled through GCash at any time during the stay.

PARKING INSIDE:
Parking inside Antô House though is completely free.

PARKING AREA TO CASITA ROOMS AREA:
We’d also like to inform all our guests that our place isnt as senior-friendly as some might expect.
This just means :
1. there is a bit of a trek from parking to the casitas/pool area- a 100 meter gravel lined pathway and a few steps to the casita that are similar in color though there’s an aluminum strip to differentiate them. It would be best to walk together or have someone to assist seniors walking through this pathway.
2. The same goes from the casitas to the viewdeck. Also a raw and rough walk to a great view just a few steps away.

Since we are a permaculture/holistic farm, we like keeping our environment as natural as possible in order to keep the disruption to nature as minimal as possible.

All above is just to inform so we can all manage our expectations:)

Directions to get to the farm will be given upon booking.


ADDITIONAL GUESTS - STAYING IN:

For any exceeding guests staying in, there is an additional fee of 500 per guest per night. Payment is upon booking (there is an option to fill up).


ADDITIONAL GUESTS - VISITING ONLY:

For guests NOT staying in, there is an additional fee of 500 pesos per guest. These visiting guests must leave the property before midnight. This is to be paid separately to the host, as there is no option for "visitors" when you book.


ADDITIONAL CHILDREN - STAYING IN / VISITING:

For children aged 5 years and below visiting or staying overnight, they are free of charge.


PETS:

For pets, they are allowed with a pet fee of 500 per pet for the duration of the stay. Payment is upon booking (right after "number of guests" and "number of children" option).
