Skolpen is lovely small holiday flat with the view to the pier and Langøya. Located directly in Nyksund on the pier. The best suits for one – two people. Open bedroom with kitchen and dining area. Private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi.

The holiday flat Skolpen , as we used to call it familiarly, is situated on the pier. Restaurants, bar, galleries are all just walking distance. 1 x double bed, private kitchen with kitchenware, private bathroom with shower and toilet, wardrobes, table and chairs, heating, free Wi-Fi.


Notes: The flat Skolpen is situated in a building on the second floor. To get into the flat, you need to use stairs. Flat is fully furnished.

Delpen bokcafe -antiques, books but also waffles and coffee. If you like to speak about Nyksund, or history, you can find me in the shop :-)
If you want to buy food, you need to drive back to Myre. There are f.e. Rema, Coop, Bunnpris….

Interesting facts:
Nyksund is a costal fishing village with 20 residents and unique history.
Northern lights – cca from September to March.
The Northern sea is only cca 70 m from the flat.
Hiking: I can recommend Dronningruta. The mountain Langøya - starting point for Dronningruta in Nyksund is about 1,4 km from the accomodation. Nyksund- Stø, 12-15 km, 5-8 hours, highest point- Finngamheia 448 masl.
Geocaching: I know at least about too caches
Tours: hiking tours – I can recommend my friend from the neighborhood
Renting bikes – from my friend in the neighborhood
Water sport – sea rafting, boat shuttle – starting point under the flat
Bird and seal watching
Whale safari tour
Animals in Nyksund - seagulls, seals, if you are lucky, you can also see whales in Nyksund

Hei, I am Atle. I have lived on many places in the world, but I grew up and lived in Nyksund especially in my younger days. My hobbies are my antique shop Delpen BokCafe, writing books, taking photos or you can find me in the fishing factory preparing some delicious fish and talking with my good friends. I also like taking a moment to sit back, relax, drink coffee and eat waffles while enjoying view to the sea and Langøya. I have been looking forward to seeing you.
