Gabbys Farm is a unique get-away place in Barangay Casile, one of the upland barangays of Cabuyao, Laguna. It has priceless views of Mount Makiling, Laguna de Bay, Tagaytay Ridge, and Calamba cityscape which can be used as backdrops for amazing photos. It is about 20 minutes from Silangan Exit (SLEX). Despite being a serene place, it is only 15 minutes away from Nuvali, a premier commercial and residential place in Sta. Rosa City. It is also about 15 minutes away from Tagaytay.

The space
Included in the rental is the "bahay kubo" with 2 floors and a mezzanine. Similar to the traditional bahay kubo, the ground floor is an open space but with higher ceiling so one does not have to bend. We also have a huge open space for kids to run around. Adults can try the nature trail going to the cacao trees.

The ground floor can serve as a huge dining place and "tambay" area. Expect Tagaytay weather as Tagaytay is just 10 mins away. Also at the ground floor are the toilets and baths and a small kitchen.

The 2nd floor has a living area and small dining area (good for 8 people). The two bedrooms are also located here. One bedroom has a cabinet and the other has a dresser. We have also have a mezzanine floor where four floor mattresses are placed.

Guests can access all the spaces described above. Spaces off-limits to guests are with locks.

Other things to note
We have basic equipment in the kitchen : 2 pots, 2 laddles, 1 water kettle, 1 knife and 1 chopping board. We also have a 2 burner gas stove , a rice cooker and a ref.

For dining we have: plates, fork & spoon, plastic laddles, serving bowls, glasses, pitcher, saucers, and coffee cups.

Neighborhood highlights

Bikers abound in Barangay Casile. They find thrill in the uphill roads of the Barangay especially so because they don't have to share the road with dense vehicular traffic. Only a few vehicles pass thru the main barangay road.

People living near the farm are very friendly. They'll readily swap stories with you if you approach them.

The neighborhood is generally quiet. We understand that some of our guests are there for a celebration ( birthdays, aniversaries, etc) but please do not be so loud most specially late at night or in the wee hours of the morning. Our place may be one huge open space but the neighbors can hear your noise if you become too loud.
