Located along the Caney Fork River, the cabin is just south of Sparta, Tennessee, approximately 2 hours from Nashville and Knoxville. A large deck overlooking the river and the covered front porch are perfect for nature watching and relaxation. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway from the everyday "rat race" of life, the cabin experience is perfect for you.

The cabin is perfect for a couple's "get away" but can comfortably accommodate 3 adults.

Guest access
For those who enjoy fishing or just exploring the outdoors, a hikers' trail takes you down along the beautiful Caney Fork River. A deck with bench seating is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty.

The town of Sparta is approximately 15 minutes away, where you will find local restaurants and shops. Among others, the Coffee Collective, Calfkiller Brewery, Northfields Vineyard, San Pedro's Mexican Restaurant, The Tavern on Maple Street, Happy Trails Brewing Company, and Fragrant Mushroom are popular spots with both locals and visitors. Numerous state parks, natural areas, lakes, waterfalls and overlooks are located within 25 miles of the cabin. Kayak and canoe rentals are also available nearby.

Neighborhood highlights

The Cedar Bluff Cabin is nestled in a wooded mountainside surrounded by beautiful lush vegetation. Although fairly close to the road, few cars pass by and the sounds of nature prevail. No other dwelling are visible in the summer but in the winter when the trees are bare, other homes are visible across the river.
