Nestled inside the barn, your private suite is surrounded by farms, horses and lots of serenity. Your cozy accommodation includes a kitchenette, two sleeping areas, a patio, fire pit, grill, car port and more. Just steps away, you'll play with friendly goats. This is a magical place for special families who want a safe, private & judgement-free home away from home. Enjoy this outstanding and unique experience. The suites are generously stocked with many wonderful amenities.
The space
This is a working goat farm. We raise dairy goats to create handcrafted artisan goat milk soap and products. In addition to goats, you'll find donkeys, hens, turkeys, geese and guineas.
Your stay includes a robust variety of amenities such as an ice maker, sous vide, toaster, microwave, rice maker, bed-side USB ports, toiletries, light breakfast items, snacks, a variety of beverages, coffee maker, plenty of pillows, throws and towels and much more. The suites are very comfortable and well equipped.
Our place is a small working farm and you will encounter bugs and mosquitos. For a more comfortable stay, please keep windows and doors shut and bring repellent.

Guest access
Guests are welcomed to use the propane barbecue grill, RV port & hook-ups, private garage (for storage only), pastures, fire-pit, hammock, swings and furnishings.
You may spend as much time as you wish with the goats. Goat snacks are provided. Please do not feed Ears, the donkey. Please do not fee our animals food and snacks that are not provided or approved by us. Thank you.
Other things to note
All guests must be aware that there are animals on property at all times. This is a working farm. We raise goats for milk and create artisan goat milk soap and body care products. Light sleepers may be disturbed by the bleat of a goat or the crow of a rooster before dawn. Most guests actually enjoy the sounds of our animals and we actually have never received a noise complaint from guests or neighbors.
Please let us know if you have any special needs or if there's anything notable we should be aware such as traveling for a celebration or emergency.
We sanitize all towels and bed linens including comforters and throws. We use fabric softeners, air fresheners, isopropyl alcohol and clearing products. We have had sensitive guests complain about the strong scents. If you believe you are sensitive to scents, we kindly request you take this into consideration prior to booking.
Please, absolutely no smoking indoors, in the barn, in the garage, in RV port or around animals. Smoke in open, uncovered areas and properly extinguish and dispose of cigarette wrappers, butts and match sticks. We have found butts on the ground and find that irresponsible and offensive.
We have hosted up to 4 adults who have complained that the location of the bathroom is awkward, uncomfortable or unsuitable. See photos. Guests must walk past the bed to access the bathroom. Please consider this before you book. The room is comfortable for a maximum of 3 adults and a maximum of 4 guests. The bathroom is on one end of the double sweet.
Two Grooms Farm is actually our real home and homestead. We are not a hotel or bed and breakfast. Because of that, we do ask guests to be respectful of our home and leave it orderly, tidy and clean. We also ask that you respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are kind to allow us to host guests. Never drive above 25 MPH on Arundel Way and always be mindful of noise.
