Spacious and bright apartment in Valencia perfect for couples and families with children.
Our apartment has an elevator, two bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
It is well located, at 200 meters from the metro, just two stops from the center of Valencia and eight stops from the airport. Also connected to the city's beaches.
Close to the old bed of the river Turia, and with plenty of shops and facilities around: pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants...

The space
It has heating and air conditioning in the living and in both bedrooms.
The second bedroom is perfect for children, with a fun decoration, toys and a wall to paint with chalk. It can also be used by adults, of course ;-)

The kitchen has all the amenities: microwave, oven, glass ceramic plate, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, pans, pots, etc.

Clean towels and bed sheets provided.

The apartment is on a fifth floor with elevator.
You can park for free in the street (public area).

The apartment is in a working-class neighborhood, close to the center and very well communicated by car, metro an bus.

It's a calm and urban area, outside the touristic routes, or party places, with plenty of shops and facilities around, and close to the biggest park in Valencia (750 m).
