All Guests will have access to the entire property during your reservation. We do not mix parties. Ample cement available in front of home. Smart Lock on front door and we will provide a digital code for your stay.

Please note that each guest from guests 7-16 persons incurs additional per person, per night fees. Its important to select the proper number of guests staying on the property to ensure the pricing reflects.

Other things to note
The property has stair access and to enter the home. The home is 12 feet off the ground and is not necessarily suitable for small infants unless they are being carefully watched at all times. Also underneath the home provides 2 picnic tables, Weber propane BBQ Grill, ample shade for those looking to get out of sun. The property is 1,100 feet long by 90 feet wide. The Elevator in back of the property is no longer in service

Im avid fisherman and lifelong resident of the New Orleans area. I graduated from LSU in Baton Rouge and work in the technology field.
