The house is located one block from a major commercial street which has multiple supermarkets, restaurants, banks, etc.
6 miles to Downtown Las Vegas
8 miles to the Las Vegas Strip
Reasons Banquet and Events Hall is a block away.

Guest access
Guests can access pretty much everything except for the garage and some storage closets.

Other things to note
Las Vegas has started cracking down on so called party houses. One complaint from a neighbor can shut down a house permanently which is very painful for the homeowner and the cleaning crew. Police respond quickly to complaints about loud noisy parties and hand out citations. Unfortunately, we have had houses shut down and guests receive citations for loud noisy and unauthorized parties. If this is your intent, please book somewhere else or party at the Strip.

This house is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood but it is also one block to a commercial center with a supermarket, restaurants, etc. The HOA manager lives 2 houses away so any unusual activity will be met with a quick response.
