The space
AGAVE is a cozy and charming apartment at the first floor of a condominium, newly refurnished and finely decorated. It offers all necessary facilities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. AGAVE consists of a kitchen, a room with double bed and a bathroom. The apartment can comfortably accomodate up to 2 people.
All guests have at their disposal a full change of towels and bed linens, but we kindly ask to use these items responsibly in order to avoid waste.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances: a washing machine, a cooking range, a refrigerator and a microwave. The guests have also at their disposal a full set of kitchenware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
In the accomodation there is a 32" SmartTV with satellite channels and the possibility of accessing the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) using your personal account. Free wi-fi connection is provided as well.

Neighborhood highlights

AGAVE is very close to La Spezia Centrale railroad station which can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes. Like most areas around train stations all over the world, the neighborhood may not be as charming and pictoresque as those you may find in art towns like Firenze, Venezia or Rome, but it's totally quiet and safe. The local commercial area where you can find all shops for your daily shopping (bakery, butcher's, supermarket, pharmacy, hardware store, etc.) is within walking distance. In the same area it is possible to find departure points of buses to several tourist attractions of the Poet's gulf, including Lerici and Portovenere.

The world famous Cinque Terre can easily be reached either by train (there are several trains departing from La Spezia during the day) or by car. It is advisable to use the train though, because it is faster and it doesn't imply any parking problems.

The city center is very close to the apartment and can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes.
