This is our families beautiful 2 story cabin by the sea that has been in the family for almost 50 years. We have a amazing view of the ocean. Very open living space with a warm country/beachy style perfect for families, groups of friends, beach bums, vacationers, yogis, artists, visiting bikers & race enthusiasts. If you love the beach, you're in luck because it's just a quick walk across Florida's scenic and historic coastal byway, A1A, to get your toes in the water and butt in the sand.. :)

The space
Our place is a very comfortable two story overlooking the ocean. Weathered cypress boards line the walls of the main area giving it a cabin feel. There are stairs that you'll have to use to go into the house because the living space is on the upper floor. We have plenty of kitchen appliances, pots, etc. that you are welcome to use. We also have family games in the living area. We have two small bathrooms. We do have secure parking with a 3 car garage and plenty of parking space.

Guest access
You're welcome to access the whole house (It is two story, but everything is on top). The only thing below is a garage and a small unoccupied efficiency. The beach! We also have 5 bicycles here that you are welcome to use along with some kids beach toys. Remember the golden rule please, if you break them, you buy them.

Other things to note
Airbnb does not have an option to add our county tourist tax of 5%. Once you book, we will send a you an additional bill with this additonal, but nominal tax fee. We are opening our families home up to welcome you to a beautiful vacation experience. We ask that you please take care of it and treat it as if it were your families. Also, we have great, respectful neighbors, please return the respect to them and do your best not to disturb them.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is pretty quiet with many dog lovers walking their animals, people walking/jogging, or bicycling. We are literally right across the road from the beach. Down the street there are many great places to eat, be entertained, and great night life. There are many parks nearby such as Wadsworth park and Marine land is 14 miles away. Lehigh Greenway Rail Trail is 9 miles and Moody Park is just 1.2 miles away with some neat trails by the intercoastal and boardwalks that go out to the water. Publix is 2.3 miles away and in the same plaza is a great restaurant called the Hi Tulip and we love their breakfast. Other places very close by (within walking distance) are Breakaways, Golden Lion, Turtle Shack, Funky Pelican, Finns, just to name a few. Flagler Beach has some really nice boutiques and gift shops, and some healthy eats like Ohana Food Co. and Raw (a smoothie and juice bar) all within walking distance of other restaurants. While you're in the neighborhood, you should stop in and check out our little Flagler Beach museum or take a walk out on our Flagler Pier!
