The space
Spacious lake home welcomes you with stunning lake views for you to relax and enjoy with your family! Pelican Lake is rated a top MN recreation lake! You will not find a nicer lake in MN that kids and adults love for it’s amazing sandy bottom and crystal clear water. The long shallow entry is perfect for kids. Lake tubes, floats, Lilly Pad float mat, kayaks(2), paddle board(1) are all included for you enjoyment!

The main floor is a beautiful open and spacious floor plan with amazing views of Pelican Lake (don’t miss sunrise!). It includes the kitchen and pantry with your cooking essentials, a large island w/stools for seating, large dining table for the entire family to eat or play games. The great room has vaulted ceiling, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and lakeside windows providing great views of the lake from anywhere, access to master bedroom as well as laundry room with sink and washer and dryer.

Master bedroom is on main level with a king bed, large walk-in closet, and a stone and tile shower. Imagine yourself waking up to view an amazing sunrise across the lake.

Upstairs you will have 3 bedrooms with standard French door closets. One bedroom up includes 4 queen built-in beds with knotty pine walls. Most refer to it as the bunk room. Great for the kids. The other two have bedrooms have queen beds with an addition twin bed in one. A full size bathroom with separate door for shower area helps maximize use.

Doors from kitchen/dining area slide open to screen porch. A favorite spot after dark to relax, have a drink, and listen to the Loons! The screen porch exits to cement patio with gas, pellet, and charcoal grills for your outdoor grilling! For those that want smoke their food there is a Kamado style grill (think Green Egg) and pellet grill smoker.

Lakeside grass yard with boardwalk lead you from patio to level elevation sandy beach, and the crystal clear all sand bottom water Pelican Lake is known for! Pelican boasts the best water in MN. The shallow water is great for kids and endless hours of fun in the water. Make use of the free paddle board, two kayaks and Aqua Lilly 10x15 floating mat, float tubes, beach/dock chairs during your stay.

Dock provides a favorite spot with a large 19 x 10 platform end to relax with friends/family while enjoying the sun and water. A great spot to sit on the bench for morning sunrise. Beach and dock chairs provided.

FIRE PIT: For your nighttime s'mores, stories, and Milky Way star gazing, you will find a lakeside fire pit and seating area along with fire wood.

Walk or drive just minutes to Breezy Point Resort - enjoy the Marina Restaurant, Dock Side bar and patio, Caribou coffee, Spa, boat rentals, and don't forget to see Elvis performance on Sat evenings (summer). Also find here the Commander Bar Restaurant - home of the Garbage pizza, JJ"s pub and Breezy Point Arena.

Perfect location to the finest golf in Minnesota. Courses include Deacons, The Classic, Preserve, The Pines, Cragun"s, and the Breezy resort courses.

Other outdoor activities - The Cuyuna Mountain Bike trail system is one of the best in the country and only a short 30 minute drive. Horseback riding. Paul Bunyan paved bike trail entrances nearby. Ski or tube in winter months. Fish any of the many lakes in the area...you can even hire a guide.

Enjoy shopping and dining in the beautiful towns of Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, and Crosslake. Only 10-15 mins away.

My family enjoys cruising the lake, biking in Cuyuna, swimming in the amazingly clear water, S'mores at the fire pit, or just relaxing playing games inside with grandparents.
