Directly ACROSS from the Pedestrians Only BEACH Access! Kiki's is a quaint, restful and cozy 3-unit triplex that our family purchased and remodeled! Step outside to your bistro table or head out back to the common area and enjoy the Hot Tub after a day at the Beach or dinner! Sleeps up to 4!
The space
The unit features Coastal Cottage Interiors with an upgraded Sealy FoxTrot Plush PT Queen Mattress, Upgraded Queen Sofa Sleeper, Stainless Steel Appliances, Quartz Countertops, Water Softener and a drinking water Filtration System. Living Room features a Flat-Screen, wall mounted Smart TV with 4k capability, as well as the Bedroom also features a flat-screen, wall mounted TV.
Step out front to a patio area with a bistro table for your morning coffee. Just outside your bedroom door...head out back to the common area to enjoy the HOT TUB in the tropical courtyard featuring tables, lounge chairs and a grill. This beautiful area is shared with just two units (Kiki's #2 & Kiki's #3).
Heading to the beach? Take the provided cooler, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and stroll directly across the street to THE BEACH!
WALK TO EVERYTHING! Kiki's is on Gulf Boulevard between 8th & 9th Avenue - there are many restaurants, shops, and ice cream within just BLOCKS: Kooky Coconut, Cafe de Paris, PJ's Oyster Bar, Crabby Bills, Guppy's, Keegan's Seafood Grill and TJ's Italian Cafe. The Trolley Stop is on the block to take you to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass and all of the Trolley destinations on this beautiful Barrier Island!

Our family came upon the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach while on vacation in 2009. We are originally from the Midwest and feel SO BLESSED to now live on the Island! We are excited to share Kiki's so that many more can experience the charm, quaintness, and "Old Florida" town feel of Indian Rocks Beach!
