Wildcat Ridge is a Peony Farm, our luxury yurt, the first of its kind in Haywood County, NC
Perched high above the Pigeon River in a valley of mountains, on the edge of Clyde and Crabtree, NC, just off I-40.
30-minutes from downtown Asheville to the east an gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains.

The space
Experience the charm of a cabin in the woods with the modern amenities of home and the unique Zen-like experience of a Yurt. What’s a Yurt? Yurts are circular dwellings built around a wood frame, originally designed by the Nomads of Mongolia. Today they are enjoyed in a variety of glamping settings, coast to coast. features a full kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom and living/dining areas, a wrap-around porch with a grill for your BBQ, and a garden with a fire pit and seating.

Other things to note
Wildcat Ridge Farm is situated perfectly, 30-minutes from downtown Asheville to the east and at the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Nantahala National Forest, to the west. We are also a short 20-minute drive to historic downtown Waynesville with its handmade arts & crafts, furniture shops and restaurants.

THE LOCATION
Spend your days hiking, white water rafting, canoeing, visiting the hot springs, skiing Cataloochee in the winter, kayaking at Lake Junalusca, biking in the warmer months, or taking in the sights and sounds of Asheville and Biltmore Estate.

pet cleaning fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
