Our bright and contemporary Heart Villa offers the quintessential Sarasota downtown and beach experience. It is nestled among tropical trees in a charming cul-de-sac in historic Laurel Park – right in the heart of downtown with loads of restaurants, boutiques, and sights on offer. Several fantastic beaches are just 5-mins ride away! And the villa's private garden is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining!

The space
A real Floridian haven framed by manicured gardens dotted with palm trees awaits you as you pull into the private carport of Heart Villa. The chic white wood and turquoise immediately transports you to the ocean from the moment you enter, and the sun-filled open-plan layout enables you to make the most out of your stay together with your group.

This contemporary, incredibly inviting 2-Bedroom villa comes equipped with all the latest mod-cons for a relaxing and carefree stay and sleeps 6 guests in total. And we’ve added some additional touches to enhance your stay even more, such as complementary coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival!

◼ Choose from 2 bright and lovingly decorated bedrooms inspired by maritime life, with comfy beds and ample storage. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the dining room and feature soundproof glass and privacy shades. It opens up to a private patio and garden hideaway where you can put your grill-skills to the test, or just enjoy the gorgeous weather. Off the patio you’ll also find a separate laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer.
Back inside, the bright and modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and rain shower head with stylish fixtures.

◼ The living/dining room features an elegant dining table and a cozy sofa (which doubles as an air mattress sofa-bed for 2) and 2 reclining chairs in front of a 50” TV with full Cable and Smart TV (Netflix, etc). The perfect spot to gather your friends and family. You’ll naturally have access to hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay as well.

◼ The modern kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances – including a huge fridge/freezer so you can stock up for your stay, and you’ll appreciate not one but TWO coffee-machines (one of which an Espresso machine) at your disposal.

The vibrant downtown is gorgeously located on Sarasota Bay, lined with yachts and charter boats. Here you can stop by a tropical open-air Tiki Bar, stroll through historic Burns Square filled with charming boutiques and galleries, and enjoy some jazz at Burns Court Café.

Pay a visit to the sprawling John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art and wander through Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Foodies are spoiled for choice here, too. With Sarasota voted one of the “Best Food Cities in the U.S.” there is something for every taste bud here.

There is also a wide selection of cruises from dolphin cruises to sunset cruises and more. And both young and old will marvel at the Mote Aquarium.
What’s more: the glorious sugar white beaches Sarasota, Siesta and Lido Key Beach – which are all lapped by turquoise waters – are only a short drive away from your villa! You’ll find everything you need for a perfect day on the beach provided, such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear.
