The space
Upgraded furnishings in leather and soft textures, the highest quality linens and towels, finishes like concrete, metal, and weathered woods, cozy rugs, wood flooring, and SO much more! All new kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops. 65" LED flat screen Smart TV in the serene great room. Two fun bunk rooms and two brand new, full bathrooms on the main floor. The master suite will be your favorite upstairs and private, complete with walk in shower, soaking tub with a skylight so you can gaze at the stars, and dreamy bedding.
The 1975 is located in the heart of the Pinetop Country Club and is close to all your favorite outdoor activities. Sunrise Ski Resort is less than an hour away and is open year round. Skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter, and hiking, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, zip lines and fishing in the summertime.
We have tried to incorporate all the details that will make your time here relaxing and memorable. We think you will notice and appreciate all the effort we have put into doing just that!

THIS RESIDENCE STRICTLY PROHIBITS PETS. Bringing pets into the home may result in the loss of your deposit and additional cleaning charges, including carpet cleaning and other tasks required by the cleaning staff. Your cooperation in maintaining a pet-free environment is appreciated. If evidence is found of a pet a $500 fee will be added to your booking.

Other things to note
It may be a little hot when you arrive, rest assured, AC is not needed at night. Open the windows, enjoy the fresh air, it gets in the 50's at night.
We sell bundles of firewood (aspen and juniper) for the amazing fire pit out front. Each bundle is $30 and comes with some kindling and a fire starter. Our bundles are far superior to anything you will be able to buy at a convenience store...they will burn much longer and cleaner. Send us a message and we will send maintenance over with a bundle.
****While we strive to ensure all amenities are functioning properly—including appliances, electronics, internet —things may occasionally malfunction. If that occurs, we will respond promptly and do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued for maintenance-related inconveniences that are addressed during your stay.****

We do not issue refunds for events resulting from natural causes/Acts of God that are beyond our control. Examples would be: road closures, heavy snow, power outages, etc. Additionally, we put forth our best efforts to make sure things are always in good working condition. Even then, sometimes things break or stop working during a booked stay. (internet, electronics, appliances, etc.) We will always do our best to remedy the situation in a timely manner, however, we do not offer refunds for unexpected mishaps that might occur during your stay.*

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $47 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $4 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
