The "Brookside Cabin" is located behind the Brookside Lodge, with a private bridge that leads you to the front door. The Cabin is 1/4 mile from downtown Gatlinburg and has daily access to a trolley stop right in front of the Brookside Lodge.

The space
The "Brookside Cabin" is a classic Smoky Mountain Cabin, surrounded by water and just 1/4 mile from Downtown Gatlinburg. Large living room space and full kitchen easily caters to groups of 8 or more. 4 separate bedrooms accommodates larger groups easily. Outdoor Picnic areas and bonfire seating are also located right next to the cabin. You are welcome to get in the river and enjoy the fishing in season as well. Temporary trout stamps are required fishing on our property, and can be bought within walking distance of the cabin. Brand new LVP flooring, as well as a brand new deck are just some of the new features. Brand new bathrooms, bedroom furniture and local wood artwork and a private screened in porch were recently added to this property as well!

With being the sister cabin of the Brookside Lodge you have access all of these amenities Including the Brookside Lodge Free Hot Continental Style breakfast. 2- outdoor pools, fitness center, hot tub (in season), free WiFi, full-court basketball court, volley ball, shuffle board, bag toss, picnic grounds, several outdoor grill areas, a trolley stop right next to the cabin that takes you downtown and back for $1, and bus and rv parking if needed.

Other things to note
The entrance to the Brokside Cabin and Parking are located in between the 2-story buildings on the far side of the Brookside Lodge directly across from Flap Jacks. The entrance to the Brookside Lodge starts with crossing a covered bridge marked by our cabin's sign "Brookside Cabin" Extra parking is available in the Brookside Lodge Parking lot at no extra charge for your entire stay. We do not provide the firewood at the cabin, if you’d like to purchase fire wood please see the front desk at the Brookside Lodge.
