Switch into vacation mode as you step onto the wood like tile flooring of this charming beach-themed unit. This one-of-a-kind upscale property features large gourmet kitchen with gas stove, modern amenities, nautical accents and lots of skylights for plenty of natural light throughout.
Start your day by sipping a warm cup of coffee on your private deck with lush tropical landscaping as the backdrop. When you get hungry, walk inside to prepare a hearty breakfast in the modern fully equipped kitchen outfitted with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, including gas stove and beverage center, and a dining/island breakfast bar.
After breakfast, cross Gulf Blvd and enjoy a day at the beach. It is a quick 2-minute walk, and the unit comes with everything you need for a perfect day at the beach … beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. Or, if you prefer, jump on the beach trolley in front of the property and explore all that Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach have to offer.
When you’ve had your fill of fun and sun for the day, clean up for the evening in the large master bath with oversized spa-like shower. Afterward, why not enjoy an evening at your very own TIKI bar? Sit back, relax, have a cocktail and fire up the gas grill for some barbecue or fresh local seafood. Don’t feel like cooking … enjoy a nice dinner at Guppy’s or head to Crabby Bills for some drinks, seafood and live music.
As you wind down for the night, turn on your favorite show or log into your favorite streaming service on one of the 2 flat-screen smart TV’s. Or, if you prefer, let Alexa play music before slipping into a deep sleep on the well-appointed king size bed to get ready for another day in paradise.

Unit is ideally located in small 3-unit complex on Gulf Boulevard with short 2-minute walk to the Kooky Coconut and beach across the street ... Just a short 5-minute, 2.5 block walk to downtown with Crabby Bill's, Splash Harbour Waterpark and all the other coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
'IRB' is one of America's best kept secrets … a true 'laid back' and friendly beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch gardens just a short drive away.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and you may need to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.
Neighborhood & Noise
Our property is located in a building with 3 individual units, as well as neighboring buildings, sidewalk and road (Gulf Blvd) close by. We are also a pet-friendly property. While many guests find the setting peaceful, you may occasionally see or hear neighbors, their pets, or other everyday activity during your stay.
Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee was included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure.
Pets:
We are dog friendly with an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee - 2 dog maximum and must be approved in advance. Sorry no pit-bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, wolf-dog hybrids, any crossbreeds of the aforementioned, or any other dog that has been known to cause injury or is potentially dangerous. No cats.
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
We will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to rent an additional night. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.
Internet:
WIFI is available free of charge at the property; however, we cannot guarantee connectivity or the equipment. We do not provide internet support beyond providing login or access information.
