Our high vibe home is ideal for your R&R retreat. We're only 5 min. away from Hollywood beach, 30 min. north of Miami and 15 min. south of Fort Lauderdale, in a very quiet neighborhood, where you'll only hear the sounds of birds and wind gently passing through the palm trees.
You'll be staying in your own private luminous bedroom, with private bathroom, queen size organic mattress & bedding, blackout curtains, 55" TV and your own dedicated desk/workplace while having access to all common areas.

We run our home as a personalized Health & Wellness Retreat Center for Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation, where we can support your healthy lifestyle and/or recovery.
If the idea of staying in a quiet, healthy and high vibe home, which will support your own health & wellness, is appealing to you then this listing is for you. But please note, this listing is for a single private room and bath in an owner occupied home, not for the entire house. Also, please note that we don't accept pets of any kind, including service animals.
You'll have 24/7 access to all common shared areas including: living room, kitchen & dining areas, patio & backyard and heated outdoor, in-ground swimming pool. Your room is the only room for rent in the entire house, so you'll have personalized care for whatever you'd need during your stay.
You can just relax and enjoy your stay or choose to receive additional health services like massage therapy, aquatic therapy (Watsu & Waterdance in our heated pool), psychotherapy/counseling, health & wellness coaching, breathwork and rebirthing transformational sessions, spiritual guidance, meditation & water yoga classes and/or have access to our detox Far Infrared Sauna for additional fees. We're very health conscious and keep our home sparkling clean and are happy of sharing great features like organic mattress and bedding in your bedroom, fully equipped shared kitchen with reverse osmosis water filter, veggies and citrus juicers, Vitamix blender, dehydrator and two options for coffee lovers (French press and k-cup brewer).
Our secluded, outdoor, in-ground, heated salt warm water swimming pool has a pristine body-temperature ranging from 94-96°F, depending on the weather, ideal for regenerative water therapy. We heat our pool in the afternoons and evenings and you'll have access 24hrs a day. It also has a state of the art filtration & sanitation system composed mainly of ozone and UV light and our salt system creates a minimal amount of residual chlorine. You won't be smelling any chlorine during your stay and the salt level is very mild on the skin, like a saline solution, 10 times lower than ocean water.
We're only 10 minutes away from Hollywood Beach by bike (which we provide) and very close to several shopping options. So, if you won't have a car during your stay, you can easily use our beach cruiser bikes to get around or use Uber/Lyft for longer distances.
As for purchasing groceries, you can always order them online, have them delivered and save the time and hassle.
In terms of entertainment when you're feeling like just staying home, you'll have access to an extensive array of free movies from Comcast cable TV, Netflix, HBO MAX, Disney+, Amazon Prime and our personal AppleTV library :)
If you're working remotely you'll love our FAST Internet through our wifi.
Our home is also Alexa smart there are several devices throughout the shared areas shall you need any assistance. Of course, you'll also have our personalized assistance since we live and work at home :)
**COVID19 Guidance**
We're fully vaccinated so you won't be a risk of contracting Covid19 from us. If you're not vaccinated please follow the CDC guidelines and wear a mask while out and about. We're fully committed for you to have a risk free stay while staying with us.
Also, our Broward County has a dedicated Covid 19 local information guidance which you can look online.
Guest access
You'll have 24/7 shared access to our living room, kitchen & dining area, covered patio, pool and backyard. Quiet hours are between 10pm-9am.
During your stay
I live & work at home so I'll be available at any time shall you need assistance during your stay.
Other things to note
Your guest bedroom has a firm queen mattress but we also make available a softer mattress topper pad if prefer. Make sure you let us know your preference at the time of booking.
Our home is shoes free inside the house. We provide bath slippers to our guests but if you have your favorite home slippers, make sure you bring them with you.
We also provide soap, shampoo and conditioner in case you'd prefer to leave yours at home.
