Large Spanish Style home minutes from downtown Paso. NOTE:Due to multiple safety concerns, the home is NOT suitable for children. Many Wineries & 5 star restaurants. A Pool, Cabanas, Pizza Oven, Fire Pit and Hot Tub makes this the perfect home for a weekend getaway. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom, with a vanity in each room. The eat-in kitchen is big enough for multiple cooks. Plenty of space for 8 to relax and unwind.

The space
Situated just 2 1/2 miles from town on 5 acres of almond trees, this 5000 square foot home features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are fitted with high thread count 100% cotton sheets and down-alternative comforters wrapped in crisp, cotton percale duvets. The first suite boasts a queen bed, walk-in closet, and french doors out to the front courtyard, and large bathroom with shower. The second suite features a queen bed, a closet, Romeo & Juliet balcony, and large bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed, their own closets and vanities and share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom also has french doors leading out to a covered loggia overlooking the pool. All bathrooms come fully stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries and hair dryers.

The kitchen was designed for entertaining, with high end appliances and a breakfast nook large enough to seat 8. The center island is perfect for cooking large meals, or setting up a more casual spread. The kitchen comes stocked with pantry essentials and the cabinets are filled with plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a patio adjacent with a custom made Italian outdoor table to enjoy your morning coffee. Tea and coffee are included in every stay, as well as a welcome bottle of wine from one of Paso's great wineries.

The living area features a wood burning fireplace, comfy sofas and chairs. The custom made wrought iron doors lead out to a loggia with a seating area. The formal dining room seats 10 people and is the perfect place to gather for a meal or game night.

The upstairs TV loft has Amazon Firestick as well as DirecTV access, and a large sectional sofa for relaxing.

The entire house has wireless internet, to catch up on work emails or post pictures from your exciting day exploring the Central Coast.

The professionally landscaped and maintained backyard features a 50' sport pool (unheated), fire pit, and hot tub. A custom-built dining table and chairs are perfect for an al fresco meal of piping hot pizzas straight out of the Italian pizza oven. There are two custom cabanas for a little bit of shade on those warm afternoons. We also supply a 24" Weber charcoal grill AND a propane gas grill. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy our mild Paso evenings.
PLEASE NOTE: due to multiple safety concerns, this home is not suitable for children. The pool is not fenced or covered, and we have no child alarms on the doors leading to it. Also, there are multiple staircases, and an open fire pit.

The property is located on G14, a scenic highway and main gateway to Lake Nacimiento, so there is SOME TRAFFIC NOISE during the day. The house features parking for up to 5 cars on the private driveway. ONLY EIGHT REGISTERED GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. There are outdoor cameras and the owners live on property, about 100 yards away from the main house.

The house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, due to multiple safety concerns. If you are bringing a service animal, please inform us UPON BOOKING. The animal cannot be left alone at the home AT ANY TIME.
