★ A-frame house in the country ★ is private and peaceful, a house filled with natural light, surrounded by nature, birds and silence. Eden's Path! No parties, events, gatherings or meetings are allowed. Please refrain from loud music and noises to help maintain the peacefulness of the A-frame in the woods.

The space
On a sunny day the house is filled with light. The upstairs mezzanine at the A-frame has a view to the woods that surround the house. The mood is peaceful. No city noise or lights. Eventually sleep peacefully and dream! @Quietude

The house is located in Rougemont, 20 minutes north of Durham, about 12 miles. In the back of a two acre lot, the house sits perched on a hill, with a walking trail around the property. The house cannot be seen from the country road. Wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the distance, or sit at night by the fire pit to the sound of tree frogs; swing on the hammock and fall asleep watching the wind turn the leaves above. At night there are a million stars to sit under.

We don't have access to cable TV or a TV antenna, however there is a smart TV with access to the house Wifi to connect the television. Internet is fiver-optic technology with 1Gbit speed. To access your laptop to the TV, you will need to bring HDMI cables. In case of children visiting, you can access your account with Netflix for movies.

Cell phone signal is very low. The WiFi in the house can be selected to access full cell phone service. Prior to booking, be sure that your phone will accept this feature. Found in settings, called "Wifi calling".

Maximum number of guests is eight (8) including children under 6. Host will cancel booking at any time if this limit is violated. No parties, events, gatherings or meetings are allowed. No pets are allowed.

There are four security cameras outside, which are monitored 24/7, pointing in various locations on the property.

No wood is provided for the outside firepit.
