This Townhouse is very private located at the very end of its complex, it is the last unit on the right. My home is a quiet and inviting space in a safe neighborhood. The view from my bedroom and living room is looking onto Amazon creek and bike path. Amazon bike path can lead you all through the Eugene/ Springfield area. There is one assigned parking space. Major Grocery store 1-block from the home a 3-minute walk. Whitaker beer district and downtown Eugene are less then 10-minute drive away! The closest bus stop is ½ block away from your front door.

The townhouse has its own outside 8ft gated area providing privacy and the ability to relax outside. There is a seasonal pool.
