Spacious, bright walkout basement apt. with private entrance minutes from many Catskill Mountain attractions. Surrounded by huge lawn, wild apple trees, and a trout stream that runs the length of the property.

In the area for a wedding? Our cabin is very near a number of great wedding venues. To name just a few, we are only one mile from The Stone Tavern Farm,
2.7 miles from the Roxbury Barn and Estate; 2.8 miles from Plattekill Mountain, and 5.1 miles from the Inn at West Settlement.

The space
The apartment occupies the full, lower level of our home. Open layout with a portable privacy screen that can be positioned between the bed & fold out sofa if desired.

Just outside your private entrance is a large, covered patio with comfortable seating, table and if requested, a gas or charcoal BBQ grill for your use. Very often you'll be able to see deer grazing out across the lawn. Birds of many kinds abound including humming birds that come to the feeder outside your door.
