Welcome to our family-friendly haven in the heart of the beautiful Hudson Valley, just 10 minutes from Kingston, Saugerties, and Woodstock. Less than 2 hours from New York, our retreat offers an idyllic escape surrounded by enchanting forest views. Great for large groups, and year round stays with a heated pool and air conditioning in summer months. Just 40 mins away from skiing Hunter.

Our spacious home is designed for your comfort, featuring everything you need for a weekend or an extended stay. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Hudson Valley and Catskills, whether you're having meals on the deck, lounging by the new pool, or gathering around the firepit. It's a seamless
connection of nature and comfort, where time seems to stand still.

● Several outdoor areas with sofas, a dining table, and a firepit.
● Seasonal pool with lounge chairs (heatable on request).

● 65-inch and 50-inch smart TVs.
● Highchair and pack and play for families.
● Indoor fireplace for cozy evenings.
● Dog-friendly, allowing up to two dogs under 50 lbs.

For Summer Comfort: Air-conditioned interiors ensure a pleasant stay during the warmer months.

Kitchen and Dining:
Our fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals, with amenities including a double oven, ceramic stove top, and more. The dining table with seating for 8 adjoins the kitchen, providing a central gathering point.

Living Areas:
● Sun-soaked living room for relaxation or board games.
● Den with toys for toddlers and a Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix subscriptions.
Bedrooms:
● Master Bedroom: Garden-level privacy with a king bed and a private bath.
● The Front Loft: Large loft with an en suite bath.
● Bedrooms 3 & 4- The West Wing: Ideal for families with queen beds and a toddler bed.

Outside:
Two seasonal decks with outdoor seating, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and nearly 1 acre of manicured lawns. Enjoy the serenity of the Ruby, NY neighborhood.

The Seasonal Pool (usually end of May to mid Sept but check for exact dates before booking)
A 30-foot swimming pool with steps for young children awaits in the back lawn.

Pool Heating:
Should you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us in advance of your arrival so we are able to adjust the daily rate accordingly. Pool heating is usually not necessary July and August.

In May, June, and September, the fee to heat the pool to 75°F is $150 per night for the duration of your stay. Pool heating to 75°F is provided at no additional charge in July and August.

If you would like the pool heated above 75°F, there is an additional charge of $50 per night for each 5°F increase.

Important Notes:
● Quiet residential neighborhood; respect neighbors.
● No parties allowed.
● Maximum capacity: 10 people.
● Pet deposit of $200 required.
● 2-week cap on stays from mid-July to mid-September.
● The house is fully air-conditioned.
● We can arrange to have a private chef come and cook for your party. They can do this onsite or you can arrange to have food delivered.
● Pets: We allow dogs but we ask that you don't let them on the beds. Additional clean fees will apply. Any pet snuck in will have an automatic $ 1000 penalty.
● Bio Waste: Any biohazard materials left behind there will be a fee of $500. This includes diapers & needles. Please dispose of these correctly or you will be charged.
● Ring camera and pool equipment: anyone found tampering with either of these will be automatically charged $1000 and removed from premises.

We are on a well and in dry summer months the well can run low and some water rationing can be required for periods of 1 hour to let the well refill.

We live and work in NYC with our two boys. We love spaces where style and beauty meet comfort and we try to reflect that in our home and look for similar spaces when we travel!
