Staying at Quinta das Águias in nature offers an unforgettable experience. If you like plants, animals and tasty vegetarian food you will enjoy your stay with us! The Ginkgo Suite is situated in our Guesthouse, a restored ancient stone house typical for the Minho region. It has a large and comfortable common dining ant sitting room and a large modern kitchen where our guests can prepare their own meals if they wish. You will have access to the 5 ha farm with many animals, plants and trees.

The space
A stay at Santuário Quinta das Águias (Eagle Farm Sanctuary) is a special experience. As one of our recent guests stated: "24 hours in Quinta das Águias does more good than one month of holiday elsewhere". The peaceful harmony of the generous nature, the joyful interaction with the animals, the savour of wild herbs, fruits and vegetables, vegetarian meals and herbal teas, prepared with love all contribute to the wellbeing of our guests. Quinta is a 5 ha. big property dedicated to the protection and preservation of nature: animals, trees, plants and seeds.

The cosy guesthouse is a typical ancient stone-built farmhouse with character. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with wood stove) for 2 up to 6 guests each, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Then there are the fields, the wood, the ponds, the animal shelters and the vegetable garden of the farm.
