Near beach, casino, dunes and an easy drive to Chicago, Michigan and Notre Dame! Walkable to South Shore Train (Chicago) stop.

Features: New, expanded kitchen added in 2017! Signature deck with gas grill, 9-person hot tub and outdoor shower. Luxury lower level with its own living area, tv, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bar and laundry. Upstairs features a full bathroom with dual shower heads, three bedrooms and expanded open kitchen/dining room with gas fireplace and separate living room.

The space
Imagine a two-acre Garden of Eden with a vacation home dropped in the middle, featured in the 2016 Beverly Shores Garden Walk. The front features gardens and waterfalls, with massive sweeping maples, oaks, evergreens and dozens of different perennial varieties. The outdoor patio features the 9-person hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, and chaise lounges.

Inside. With five bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have two sets of bunkbeds each, so there are 8 bunks, two queen beds and a king bed, plus a queen-sized pull-out sofa) and four full bathrooms, as many as 16 (when using pullout sofa) can have a great time over the week or weekend, and all sleep onsite. Sorry, we are no longer allowing weddings, bachelor parties, high school or college groups, and any groups over 16 people (unless several are small children).

If you like to eat and don't want to grill all the time on site, the best restaurant is Bartlett's, open just two doors down. It is a focal point of post-beach activity or a great place for Bloody Mary's anytime of day! Next door is Dunes Antiques. These are our neighbors and they are great! Go shop and meet them!

Excessive noise, yelling, playing loud music is not tolerated, so if this is your style, you may want to pass on us.

The goal is for you and your friends, family or significant other to have a fantastic time in a safe, calm environment. The stream, waterfall and shade garden help with the tranquil mood. If you want more information, just email me!
