Welcome to Kelly’s Jubilee. Breathtakingly beautiful home. A place to relax and enjoy a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Once you’ve rested you can take around a 30-minute drive to Nashville and embrace some of America’s best entertainment. We have priced this place very low so that a couple can afford this as a romantic getaway. After the first two guests, we charge $35 per person. Please be accurate with your guest count. We want to continue to keep our prices low.
The space
This place is fantastic! Look up Kellysjubilee online to see the Tennessee Crossroads tv show that featured us. The southern living article and a video that shows an aerial view of the property. A feast for your eyes.
Beautiful inside and out. The Mansion is a three-story building with an elevator. The bottom floor is not yet completed, so we don't have pictures posted, but there is a full bathroom that large groups may have access to if needed. Also, please note...... we REQUIRE that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They ARE separate rentals (with seperate fees) to be clear 💕 the small treehouse is not included in the price. Here is the link for the neighboring treehouse

Please note that the weekends are blocked off because it is our most populated rental. We save it the weekends for possible large groups. If you are interested I will unblock it for you so you may rent it at an additional fee 🥰
Both rentals share a deck and there are three hot tubs. One is private for small treehouse, one is private for mansion and one is in the middle to share for large groups.
If you are having a party or have a large group and rent only the mansion it’s possible that your reservation will be canceled.
I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible. For example, if a couple is renting the small treehouse and next door in the mansion there is a group it could affect the quiet enjoyment of their stay. Groups that rent both treehouses will have an exclusive private experience with no shared decks or hot tubs. It is a win-win for all involved.
The Mansion is located on a 50 plus acre property with 7 homes. One of the homes is the original homestead, an authentic log cabin. The land has hiking trails, a labyrinth, A pond to catch and release fish, and a creek that runs year-round. The large 6 person hot tub is on a deck overlooking the creek.
On the farm, we have several other cool rentable spaces. An authentic civil war cabin. An Ark that was recently featured in Southern Living magazine and hotel incredible Currently, we live in the four-story lighthouse tower because the renovation is not yet completed.
There is even a meeting hall or reception area that seats 50 plus people.

Other things to note
Please note we require a rental contact to be signed after booking via SignRequest. Also, we have one Ring doorbell camera at the front door. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We REQUIRE that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They are separate rentals. I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible.
Furthermore, there are several other vacation rentals on this property. We ask that guests do not invade other people's privacy and look in windows or open doors of other buildings. We are more than happy to schedule a time to give you a tour.
Please be accurate with your guest count. We charge $35 per person after the first two. If not reported it is $50 per person per day. There is also a resort fee for visitors not spending the night. (We have had issues with guests booking for 2 and planning a party for a large group) This is not allowed. We live on-site. If this happens you will be asked to leave and not given a refund.
For your convenience, we have installed a top of the line 3m reverse osmosis water filtration system. This will save you from having to purchase bottled water.
Our cleaning fee is VERY low. We do this to save our guests money, in return we ask that you leave it as clean as possible. Such as washing, drying, and PUTTING AWAY dishes that you may use. If the kitchen is used clean the stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Please note that if the house is not left clean we will be deducting a cleaning fee from your security deposit.
This property is located in a lush and nature-filled environment. There are many species of animals and insects that live here. It is against the law to spray outside for flying insects because the house is located on the water. Bug spray is a good idea in the summer months to avoid mosquito bites. We do spray inside, but there are still occasional insects, wasps, or bees. There are many wonderful birds to watch, including owls, great blue herons, wild turkeys, cardinals, and songbirds. The koi pond and creek attract many animals. There is a freshwater otter family that lives on the north side of the property. Unfortunately, there is the occasional snake, please be mindful. If hiking beware of poison ivy.
To make your stay as enjoyable and as safe as possible we ask that you abide by the following rules.
Children must be supervised at ALL times.
Hot tub hours: 9 am to 11 pm unless you have rented the treehouse and treehouse mansion together. Then you will not be disturbing another guest.
Please limit the number of guests in the hot tub to 4 or 5 people otherwise it overflows.
Please shower prior and don't use oils or lotions.
No glass or alcoholic beverages in the hot tub.
Be mindful of noise levels if there are other guests in the small treehouse.
Absolutely no sexual activity in the hot tubs. You will be asked to leave and not given a refund. It is not sanitary nor considerate to other guests.
