The J Luxury Villa is an exquisite estate in an exclusive neighborhood in Southampton, NY offers an unrivaled setting for your next vacation or event. The J boasts impeccably landscaped grounds that exude timeless beauty & chic sophistication.

Independent of your booking, and to complement your accommodations, we have partnered with GMC Estate Solutions to offer you Concierge and Private Gathering services.

The space
Indulge in the luxurious outdoor amenities, including 90 jet hot tub, large heated gunite pool, sauna, outdoor shower, cooking station and generous lounging and seating.

Groups can gather around the large fire pit area to enjoy the beautiful pool deck and gorgeous views.

Inside the estate has six private bedrooms, heated bidet toilets, gourmet kitchen and kitchenette, smart LED TVs, billiards, football, two home theaters, luxurious baths including a double steam shower and fine quality furniture and comfortable bedding. Enjoy the Sono’s music system that allows you to control your favorite music from your smartphone.

Concierge services include but are not limited to, Grocery Service/Deliveries, Massages, On-site Yoga or Workout Training, Golf Course Reservations, Winery Tours/Reservations, VIP Off-Site Dinner Accommodations, In-house Private Chef Dinners, Private Yacht or Boat Rentals, Clambakes on the Beach and so much more!

With our onsite event coordinator, obtain custom created indoor and outdoor J Private Event packages including Weddings, Engagement Celebrations, Proposal Set Up, Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties, Milestone Celebrations & Birthdays (of any age), Bar & Bat Mitzvah’s and many other celebrations not listed here.

Other things to note
Additional Fees: Everything is included except for pool heating in the Spring and Fall.

The pool has sun all day long and heating the pool is rarely needed except in the off-season.

Removable pool child proof fencing available for families with young children.
