*** HELPFUL INFO/DISCLOSURES:

- The restroom and showers for the yurt are not located inside the yurt, but are located a short 1 minute walk away in our Office building.

- Bring bug spray, there are lots of mosquitos at our location. Typically from Sunset until Dark is when they come out. We suggest staying inside during that time period.

- Our location experiences extreme winds, usually from November to March. This can create quite a bit of noise in the yurt. Please keep this in mind when deciding if this is a good Airbnb choice for you. We provide a high velocity fan for white noise. Bring ear plugs.

- Fire Restrictions are usually put in place by mid Summer. No Firepits using wood, no charcoal BBQ's and no smoking is allowed during these times.

- Please be respectful of the yurt and do not leave it a mess. Put furniture back. To prevent rodents, insects and lingering smells, remove all food/garbage and place in dumpster near the restrooms. Extra cleaning time may be charged to the Guest.

- We've added an umbrella to the picnic table for the Summer. Please put down the umbrella anytime you are not using it. Our area can have unexpected high winds. We want to keep our Guests and the Yurt from getting hurt by a flying umbrella.

- The minerals in the hot springs water may tarnish your jewelry.

- Read “House Rules” for additional helpful guidelines
