A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake.
The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

The space
The lakeshore sauna has a room with cooking facilities, a fridge, a coal barbecue and a place for open fire. In addition, there is also a small summer cabin 10 m2 next to the sauna building for relaxation.

In winter it is possible to ski on the ice of the lake and there are also skiing tracks nearby. The local well-lit skiing track is 2 km away. The skiing centres of Pärnävaara and Lykynlampi are both about 19 km away. Koli is 65 km away and there you can also do downhill skiing.
The very popular Holiday Centre Huhmari (Huhmarinen), only 12 km away, offers lots of activities, including spa facilities and dancing at weekends. Mattila Farm with domestic animals for children and Karhinen Farm selling organically grown meat, both about 10 km away.

In summer swimming and fishing are popular pastimes here. From mid-July on you can pick blueberries almost from the doorstep and later lingonberries and mushrooms. The rowing boat is available.
