CLEANING: Our top-of-the-line cleaning service dedicates about 5 hours to the full sanitization of our home prior to check-in, ensuring a hygienic and spotless place for your visit. Because of recent developments, we have expanded upon our sanitizing procedure with CDC compliant methods, providing special attention to all frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, and by requiring special equipment for the cleaning staff.

-This is both self check in and checked in by host property when host or co-host are available. The check in instructions will be sent to you through Airbnb messaging platform 24-48 hrs before your stay.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! We have exterior cameras and NoiseAware noise detected system installed on this property. This is a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. Neighbors have my phone number. If they call me regarding after hours noise, loud music or disturbance on this listing, you may be asked to leave and have your reservation canceled a without a refund. Los Angeles City Ordinance Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am. No more than 3-4 people are allowed on the patio at one time. No large gatherings allowed anywhere in the listing- inside or outside. Only the number of guests disclosed on the booking are allowed on the premises at all times!
