Casa Verde is nestled on a hillside overlooking Quepos. Everything the cheerful village offers is within a short walk, including the world-class Marina Pez Vela. The home features huge rooms with vaulted ceilings and lovely hand-crafted hardwood furnishings. Ocean breezes keep the home especially cool, along with an indoor atrium full of lush tropical plants. A private balcony with an enormous teak bar offers perfect sunset views. Manuel Antonio National Park is just seven kilometers away.

The space
One of the bedrooms is extra large with two double beds. It features an en-suite bathroom with twin shower heads. The second bedroom is air-conditioned, and there is another bathroom just off the spacious living room. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped and fun to cook in. Our bird feeder attracts an incredible number of brightly colored birds that are absolutely fascinating. The home is very safe, comfortable and located in a perfect spot to access all the wonders of the area.

Guests have private access to the entire house and balcony. There is covered parking.

Other things to note
Early check-ins and late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated, so don't be afraid to ask. The home is in a perfect location that is safe and quiet. There are at least a dozen restaurants and several supermarkets within a short walk.

The home is located within the village of Quepos in Barrio Paraiso (Neighborhood of Paradise). A 10 to 15-minute walk will take you the Marina Pez Vela. It is world-famous for sportfishing and is often referred to as the black marlin capital of the world. The village has a catch and release policy for marlin, sailfish and billfish. The nearby Naranjo and Savegre rivers offer outstanding whitewater rafting, with discounts available for Casa Verde guests. Quepos is the gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park, a World Heritage Site and the most popular national park in Costa Rica. The area offers parachute rides, zip lining, canyoneering, fishing, whitewater rafting, mangrove tours, a casino, night clubs and restaurants galore. Casa Verde is located at the end of a private street unopen to traffic. It is very clean, safe, quiet and comfortable.
