SANTA TERESA SURF VISTA VILLAS IS A SMALL, PRIVATE BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC OCEAN AND SURF VIEWS FROM THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. WE HAVE FOUR LARGE OCEAN VIEW ROOMS, A ROOFTOP PENTHOUSE AND A SMALL OCEAN VIEW APARTMENT. OUR SWIMMING POOL WITH OCEAN VIEW DECK IS A POPULAR NEW ADDITION.

The space
Enjoy the best views in Santa Teresa . Santa Teresa Surf Vista Villas sits on a small private hilltop with four breathtaking ocean view rooms, a small ocean view apartment, and our new rooftop penthouse . Each unit has panoramic ocean and surf views, a full kitchen w/new appliances, large bathroom w/hot water, 3 queen beds, a/c, wireless internet, safes for your valuables, ipod docks, ceiling fans, and plenty of privacy and space.

We're only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk up a steep hill from the beach, restaurants and markets , our only neighbors are the birds and monkeys. We're more than happy to help you arrange your travel plans and any activities such as surf lessons , tortuga island boat trips, sportfishing trips, waterfall & wildlife hikes, jungle canopy tours, yoga classes, horseback riding, ATV rides and more.

Located on our own private hill top with no neighbors, away from the hustle and bustle make for a very relaxing stay. Still close enough to all the great verity of restaurants, surf shops, and always somewhere in town to be social.

I've lived in lake tahoe since 1991 and have since grown quite attached to the outdoors . after many years in the snow my desire to be near the ocean grew stronger . after many trips to maui , kauai , and costa rica I found mal pais/santa teresa and never left . it's such a special place . the people , beaches , restaurants , culture and waves are very hard to beat .
