The loft is close to parks, art, culture, restaurants and dining. Located above the delightful Hopscotch Bakery, you can be at UIUC, I-74, downtown, and Champaign Country Club within minutes. You’ll love the loft because of the historic neighborhood, the natural light, the comfy bed, and the modern kitchen. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike.

The space
We are .6 miles to the nearest laundry facility and under 2 miles to the Illini Union. Both locations are definitely walkable.

Guest access
This is one of two private apartments above Hopscotch Bakery. The hallway leading upstairs is the only shared space.

Other things to note
There is an apartment across the hall as well as a bakery downstairs that might create noise. There is a fan and the A/C unit during the summer that create white noise so it’s usually not an issue.

The water diverter for the shower is in the spout. You must turn on the water and then pull it down from the spout until it catches to divert the water to the showerhead.

We use a European bedding style with a fitted sheet and a duvet. The duvet cover(and all other bedding) is washed between every guest to ensure cleanliness instead of using a comforter. We also provide a top sheet in the closet if you wish to use it.
