With 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, upstairs bunk room with kids' area the cabin sleeps 10 people comfortably. Veg out with the Apple TV, over 100 dvd's, and Xbox or unplug with games and puzzles. Full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, bbq, large front and back yards with a fire pit and indoor jacuzzi tub! EV charging available - Tesla 48 amp.
The space
Elk Hollow is located just about as close as you can get to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and Mt Rainier National Park. Nestled in the tiny hamlet of Greenwater, WA. You will find peace and quiet in the shadow of Mt Rainier and a memorable opportunity to connect with your loved ones in this family oriented home. Greenwater is located approximately 25 miles east of Enumclaw.

Tesla wall charger is available to guests - non-Tesla EVs will need an adapter. Please remember that this is a community of full time residents and the house, front and back yards and community must be treated with the utmost respect.

Other things to note
Some winters see an abundance of snow in Greenwater. Expect snow and ice road conditions after big snow storms. The driveway will be plowed periodically to guarantee excellent access to the house. The cabin also has a backup generator in the case of power outage. Greenwater and any cabin that exists here in the woods has a full range of wifi and cell connectivity ranging from none to excellent. Please contact me with questions!! Our home is equipped with Starlink internet that is very sufficient for the mountains but may only support one person video conferencing at the same time, and sometimes doesn’t work well in general. Some guests have great cell connectivity, and some do not. I haven't quite figured out what the secret is but Verizon has the best cell coverage. Sometimes guests do not get good cell coverage in Greenwater.
As a guest of Elk Hollow you will have access to the front and back yards and will have parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.

The neighborhood surround the Elk Hollow house is called The Ranch. It is a small housing area developed off of the Mount Baker FS Rd 75/74. You will find paved roads, forest trails throughout the housing area, the White River flowing nearby (but not right next to), and a community shared area with playground basketball, pickle ball courts and horseshoe pits.

I am a long time Greenwater resident and care deeply for my community. I am raising two young girls here and have been working in the rental industry here for the last 8 years.
