Our property is located on a centuries-old site in the middle of 10 ha of vineyards, olive trees and garrigues, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and less than 2 km from our charming village of Rognes and its shops. The outbuilding has been restored with all comforts, not overlooked, with a magnificent view of the vineyards and olive trees. Close to the most beautiful villages of the Luberon. -1 hour from the beaches and coves of Cassis, Marseille, La Ciotat, the Palais des Papes, Arles, the Camargue or the Île-sur Sorgues!

The space
The very welcoming main room overlooks the vineyards on one side with garden furniture and on the other a view of the patio and its swimming pool, this room is composed of an American kitchen with all the comforts, a dining table and a living room area with a 2-seater sofa and a large Le Corbusier-style leather armchair.
Next to a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Adjacent to the living room is a small bedroom with a large double bed 1.80 m x 2 m with a high quality mattress, large sliding mirror closet with wardrobe and shelves, alcove window. Linens and hand and bath towels are provided. (Beach towel extra)

Guest access
The accommodation is fully at your disposal as well as the garden on the vineyard side with its garden furniture and a barbecue. The pool is
accessible for swimming and sunbathing on our deckchairs, while sunbathing will continue on the deckchairs of your private garden. You also have access to the 10 hectares around the vineyards and in the scrubland to walk around the gîte. The only unauthorized private places are the part facing the facade of our bastide as well as the corner reserved for agricultural machinery.
