Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.
A Taos Gem, 8-10 minute walk to the Taos Plaza, Restaurants, Shops, Adobe Bar and Bent Street. Authentic southwestern style with cozy gas burning kiva fireplace in the master bedroom, comfy queen bed & french doors. Enjoy the private large deck with cushioned lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy the views of the Taos Mountains and Sunset views from the backyard. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, new smart DVD to access apps for music & TV. STR2018-00025

The space
Perfect for 1 to 4 people (4 MAX). Quiet environment Not suitable for lively groups with higher noise level after 10 PM as other owners make this their home. No Pets due to owner and guest allergies. Master Bedroom with brand new Queen size bed as of 12/17 and New Queen Memory Foam Sofa Bed as of 3/18. High-end bedding, all cotton sheets, and sitting area with gas burning Kiva Fireplace. The Bedroom does have a door for privacy (new as of 2/2019). You will enjoy lots of windows and authentic southwest viga ceiling in the living room. Plenty of towels, high-end pillows and coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Large Deck with great views of sunset and mountain. Everything you need to enjoy this Perfect Taos Nest.

TV, movies and music (Pandora) accessed through the smart DVD via your subscriptions (netflix, amazon prime, etc.).
This is a quiet environment shared with 5 other units and so it's important that the quiet hours both inside and out be respected and this is a house rule. Quite Hours 10 PM to 7 AM. Not Suitable for lively groups with higher noise levels.

Neighborhood highlights

Residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, 4 blocks from the Taos Plaza, restaurants and shops. The path to Sunset Park is a very short walk right from the backyard but if you want your own sunset viewing, just pull up the two andirondack chairs in the backyard.
