Charming 1922 waterfront cottage overlooking The Broads on Winnipesaukee! Tastefully renovated to maintain its antique charm. Main level offers incredible lake and mountain views and open entertaining space. A large deck, fir floors and beadboard everywhere create the perfect environment for lake living. Just across the walking-friendly street, 300’ of sandy waterfront & 60’ dock are shared with one other home (east side is yours!). Lg grassy area along the water. Walk or swim to Ellacoya beach!

Very private grassy waterfront. Comfy 4br 2.5 ba. two story cottage.H.e. washer/dryer. Wall of glass facing water. Sleeps eight comfortably (2 per bedroom), and sectional sofa in family room and full size futon for additional sleeping space. 2 Jack and jill 3/4 baths (small but functional!) between bedrooms and half bath on main level. A/C units in each bedroom and on main level. New big screen smart TV in family room. New pans in well-stocked kitchen.
