The space
We have for you a beautiful vacation home, which includes, among others, the following: - Air conditioning in every room - Ceiling Fans with remote control - High-speed WIFI - Daily use towels - Beach and Pool towels - Security cameras with coverage around the perimeter of the home - 1 parking spot in a covered garage right at the front door - 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The house sleeps up to 10 people - Fully equipped kitchen and living area - Please note that we also have a car available for rent. The daily rate varies with the season but it includes insurance , for up two drivers and unlimited miles.

Other things to note
This is a house with high-quality finishings located at the new central area of Playa del Carmen. We provide our guests with electricity usage for up to 5.5 KWh for every day of their stay free of charge. This is enough for the reasonable use of all the equipment. Anything above this has a charge of $3 MXP (approximately 20 cents USD) per KWh. If using the equipment appropriately, you should not be paying anything extra. Save energy and save money!

Unfortunately, because this is a house and not a hotel, we are unable to provide luggage storage. Please keep in mind check-in and check-out times.
