Beautiful award winning garden space. Pet friendly/secure (owner responsibility. Additional charge). Clear detailed check in instructions will be forwarded the day before you arrive to ensure easy access. Dan Murphy’s, Ellis Wines, Walkers Donuts, Woolworths, chemist warehouse are a 2 minute walk.

The space
This is a quiet secluded space tucked away in the heart of retail Bendigo, walking distance to everything. Perfect for a midweek stopover or a weekend away with its own rear private rear lane access adjacent to the Bendigo Marketplace and Railway Station.

There is then your own personal off street park space literally at your door. From your Studio you can directly access the Marketplace Shopping Centre for supermarkets, cafes, BigW & The Railway Station.

Our stand alone Castle Studio is very private, quiet and ideal for two adults & one small pet. Additional occupants require prior negotiation eg parents with infants.

The outstanding Awaken Coffee House is a one minute walk and opens at 6.00am, lots of breakfast & dinning options are within a 4 minute walk. Dan Murphy's is a 2 minute walk, open till late. Award winning Ellis Wines is a stones throw away as are The Woodhouse and Masons restaurants.

Guest access
You can easily access the shared garden spaces, courtyards, lawns, feature ponds & additional outdoor toilet. Relatively small pet secure. This space has been the location for feature films, music video’s, photo shoots and weddings.

Other things to note
If parking in the lane please park close behind the studio, allowing garage access at the end.
The rear access lane can be a bit awkward to find at times as it does not show up on ggle maps and is unnamed. The day prior to arrival we send a reminder of the access pathway and door codes with detailed photos to assist.

Bendigo is at your fingertips. Although central to everything, Garsed St is beautifully tree lined & surprisingly quiet. Literally in the CBD. Everything is close. There's an abundance of restaurant options, cafes, pubs, services, supermarkets etc. Village Cinemas are 2 min walk. The superior coffee choice though is diagonally across the road about 40 seconds walk at AWAKEN ~ The best coffee at realistic prices by far :)

Our Studio space was designed and fitted out in late 2017. We like to travel and are delighted to now host others in this city centre location. Our interests are the arts, books, movies, music and pop culture. Architectural and artistic influences are Charles Rennie Mackintosh & Frank Lloyd Wright who were both inspirational to the design of our studio space and home interior.
