Guests like you should not be allowed to book travel within airbnb. All of your claims are inappropriate, inaccurate, and at the very least disrespectful. You are angry because we did not give you a full refund in spite of all the attentions and special accommodations we offered you and your family. We went above and beyond. You were not entitled to a refund, but in goodwill, we gave you one.
As travelers, we know plans change at the last minute. You changed your mind the second second day and requested a refund. You made up false stories and false information to get a refund from airbnb, but airbnb denied it. Still we were kind enough to take a loss and give you a partial refund. And because we did not give you a full refund, you decided to inflict damage. And you left a complete mess at our place and also left the lights and the A/C on.
After 75+ guests we have never had complaints like yours. Airbnb travel is not for you. Next time don’t be cheap and book a fancy and expensive hotel. You will be happy and make those around you happy. Life is too short to be bitter and vengeful.
