The space
This place is licensed vacation rental by Osaka prefecture.
For your safety, it is strongly recommended that you only use licensed minpaku.
This is a 2 storey resort style designer house.
You will be the ONLY GUESTS during your stay.
This location is convenient for both shopping in the city and sightseeing around Tennoji, Namba and Shinsaibashi with many different train stations nearby.
Living room:
There is big TV in the living room with an open kitchen.
A table & 6 chairs available.
Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor):
There are one tatami bedroom on the second floor. There is one full double size futon set for up to 2 persons. There is a huge stylish square window which you can checkout the Japanese street view.
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor):
There are 2 full double size low beds with mattress in one bedroom for up to 4 persons. Low bed is very good from avoiding a child hits the floor from falling out of bed at night. You can also combine 2 double beds together for a super big bed. TV is also available in this bedroom. A flexible TV mount is installed, which allows you to adjust the angle (left right up down) easily. There is a huge glass door which you can access to the balcony.
Toilets:
There is one toilet in this house on the first floor.
Washing room:
Washing machine (max 7kg) and clothes dryer (max 5kg) are available.
Bathroom:
Bath tub, shower head and bathroom ventilation drying heater are available.
You can turn on the fan in summer and turn on the heater in winter.
Kitchen:
Rice cooker, microwave, IH cooker, water boiler, chopsticks, folks, spoons, plates, bowls, frying pans are available.
Amenities:
Shampoo, body soap, Iron, iron table, broom, vacuum cleaner, insecticide, USB charger, body scale, tape measure are available.
We also provide slippers, face towels, bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste.
Guest access
You will be able to access the whole house except a small store room.
Other things to note
・To avoid trouble with the neighborhoods, please keep the volume down and watch out your footsteps noise after 8pm, you can also close the windows. If the neighborhoods complaint, and the noise continues after the warning, you maybe asked to leave this premises immediately without any refund.
We ask that you respect the neighborhoods during your stay.

・We have staffs speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese.
FAQ
Q: When is this house available?
A: Please check our calendar. It is usually up-to-date.
Q: Where is your place? How to get there from Kansai airport?
A: You can go to our place by train.
・Take the JR Kansai Airport Rapid of JR Airport Line from the airport.
・Get off at Shin-Imamiya Station.
・Our place is about 4 minute a walk from the Shin-Imamiya Station. You can check our the map that we uploaded in the picture section.
It will totally take about 50-60 minutes.
You can also take Nankai train. It is a little bit cheaper but you need to walk for extra 5mins.
Q: Can we check-in/leave the luggage before 3pm or check-out/leave the luggage later than 10am?
A: Sorry, we cannot tell until 1 week before your check-in day, as we need to see if there is any other booking (check-in check-out on the same day). If no other booking, we will try to make it works. Please do not check-in earlier or check-out later without permission. It will affect other guests. Also, there are several shops around where you can store your luggage at low fee (500yen~)
Q: Do you have rice cooker?
A: Yes, there is rice cooker.
Q: Do you have salt, sugar or sauces for cooking?
A: Sorry, you will need to buy your own from supermarket. Sometime, there could be some salt or sugar available in the kitchen. But there is no guarantee.
Q: Do you provide shampoo, body soap, washing powder
A: Yes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap are available. However, if you use more than what we provide, you will need to get your own from drug stores or supermarket.
Q: Can we have XXX or extra XXX?
A: Most of the items which are available are shown in the pictures or descriptions. If you want something that is not shown, please feel free to ask before you book. We will let you know if it is available.
However, if you want us to provide something which is not shown in the pictures or descriptions after check-in, we will try to see if we can do it or not. Please understand additional fees may apply depends on the content, as our staff is not staying in the same house with our guest, therefore, there can be many expenses such as transportation or extra cleaning fees etc.
For example, we provide futons for the number of persons in the booking. If you want extra futon or a blanket, we can get it for you but additional fees will apply. Or you can adjust the air conditioning temperature to make yourself feel comfortable with existing amenities.
Q: Do you charge children/baby as well?
A: If your baby can sleep with you in the same double bed (e.g. 2 adults + 1 baby), we will not charge anything. Please note that there will be no towel, toothbrush set provided as well.
Q: Can you give us discount?
A: Sorry, our price is about half the price of a normal hotel in same area already. We only offer weekly and monthly discount.
Q:What is the coverage of the pocket wifi?
A:Our pocket wifi uses Softbank 4G LTE (unlimit) network, which cover most of the
areas in Japan. You can check the coverage on Softbank website.
Q: Can you let us know where your place is located, and any other shops around?
A: We have uploaded a map to our pictures section. You can check the location and other shops nearby. You can also check out our guidebook.
Q: Is your place safe?
A: Our place is about 50 meters from the main road where lot of traffic and tourist. There is a police station just few meters away as well. Therefore, police are always passing in front of our place.
In additional, we also have 24 hours surveillance system installed outside the house to keep our guests safe during the stay.

Q: Is there any car park nearby?
A: There are several car parks (coin parking) around the house, about 1-2 mins walk. Please see the map for parking locations.

【Insects Issue】
We are always trying to keep our house clean and tidy. However, insects do exist and sometimes they get into the house from outside. We are not going to hide it but it happens 2-3 times a year.
Insects including mosquito, spider, and cockroach, it is not unusual to see them around, not only Osaka, but most of the cities in Japan in warm season.
To avoid insects issue:
- we provide different type of spray for different types of insects inside the house.
- we pay for specialist to deal with insects regularly (approximately twice a year).
- we ask our guests not to leave the door, or leave the windows opened without windows screen for long time.
Again, above solutions cannot 100% stop the insects from getting into the house.
