The space
Waltz into the Roaring ’20s as you step through the foyer’s sliding doors into beautifully curated spaces throughout the home.
Gather for food, conversation, or smooth jazz in the large piano & dining room, or unwind by the gas-log fireplace in the cozy, private library / TV lounge (Smart TV in HD with streaming services and cables available).
Downstairs, the private master suite features a queen bed, antique seating and dressers, plus a restored clawfoot tub and a glass-and-tile shower.
Upstairs, choose from four private bedrooms: the Green Room with a king, the Shabby Chic room with two queens, the Cabin Room with one queen, and the White Room with a double and a twin — all connected to a shared lounge with conversational seating, a coffee & tea bar, and 1.5 bathrooms.
The home comfortably sleeps 13 without additional beds. Two airbeds with pumps and four fold-out foam beds with sheets are also available on site.
Prepare anything from breakfast to late-night snacks in a dreamy brick and soapstone kitchen, featuring an eat-in bar, breakfast table, generous storage, and a 48" dual-fuel professional range with six burners and griddle — plus a commercial Bunn coffee maker with three pots and warmers.

Air-conditioned / heated barn to the side of house is an additional fee and NOT included in standard rental. As an additional rental, tables /chairs / coolers and event equipment are included.
Other things to note
The home is full of beautiful antiques. Gas log fireplace in the lounge area under TV. Ample seating around the house and in backyard. Wifi Access throughout. Streaming networks ready on TV in living lounge. Board/Card games stored in living area.
Bathrooms are furnished with toilet paper, hand cloths, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a hair dryer in each full bathroom. Detergent is available under the kitchen sink if you need to use the dishwasher.
There are two coffee areas. One commercial coffee maker in the kitchen with 3 pots and warmers and one upstairs in the coffee bar area. Both include coffee, filters, tea bags, cups, snacks and napkins.
Mini grand piano is antique and tuned 2-3 times per year. We can bring a tuner in upon request, if you have an event that would require it.
Large parking areas for up to 24-25 vehicles on site with overflow parking nearby. EV charging station on site for your guests with electric vehicles.
Our reception building, paved walkway, gazebo and chair/table package makes the Olde House one of the most unique and affordable offerings for a small, DIY boutique wedding in a beautiful, inviting and historic setting.
