Second floor apartment down town Florence. 2-3 blocks from Brew Practitioner, Cafe Evolution and the Pie Bar. Steep stair entering the apartment. One bedroom on the 2nd floor and a loft with 2 beds on the 3rd floor.
There are 2 other units so being thoughtful about noise is appreciated.
Late April early May the electric assisted bike depot should be up and running. 5 min walk $1.50 per hour.
