Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people & 3 cars(in the winter it may only accommodate 2 cars due to snow). (Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

We also have a Minut decibel meter outside on the back deck. Minut is 100% privacy compliant- and cannot record conversations- it only reports noise levels so we have proof in case neighbors or Code Enforcement makes a complaint.ll

Neighborhood highlights

So close to skiing and the village in the most sought after Moonridge. But unlike most cabins in Moonridge, we are located on a larger lot surrounded by trees. Close to all but you won't know it once you are on the deck or inside the cozy wood covered walls.

My goal is simple, I treat your vacation like it's the only one you have and leave you free from any problems or drama. I just want to give you the cleanest, easiest place to stay in Big Bear and now an added home in Palm Springs as of January 2026 I love the Red Sox, Hartford Whalers (still miss them), and rescuing animals.
