An exquisitely stylish home designed to foster a feeling of effortless comfort this 5 bed/4.5 bath beachfront property can easily accommodate up to 8 guests and an additional 2 children under the age of 13. No shoes are required.

As you walk into the breathtakingly beautiful atrium, your eyes will be drawn to the centerpiece natural wood spiral staircase that connects the three floors, creating a feeling of light and space. Tastefully decorated with colorful accents and delightful Belizean art pieces, you’ll feel immediately at home.

You’re a short stroll down the beach from neighboring resorts, where you can treat yourself to a meal at their world class restaurants. The property is only a few short miles north of town, so a quick golf cart ride gives you easy access to numerous dining options and lively bars.

Solaria III is a magnificent, fully air-conditioned 5000 sq. foot vacation home. It has a splendid king master suite on the top floor with stunning sea views and a private veranda. On the second floor, there are two lovely ensuite bedrooms, one king and one queen, and on the bottom floor, there is one queen and one twin, sharing a bathroom.

The main living area of the villa has an open, expansive sitting area, formal dining room, and gourmet kitchen, complemented with stainless steel appliances and purpose-built for entertaining. This well-appointed space opens up to a wrap around balcony that has extraordinary views right to the Belize Barrier reef, affording the perfect opportunity for the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

For quiet evenings in and to stay connected, there is WiFi and a number of smart TVs with over 100 cable channels.

For fun close by, there are kayaks for guests to enjoy. Ambergris Caye is known for its world-class diving, fly, reef, and deep-sea fishing. Other activities include snorkeling with sharks and rays, sunset and dinner cruises, jet skis, parasailing and so much more.

The island is best explored by golf cart, which is super fun and you’ll not only discover local eateries, street vendors, galleries, and gift shops but you’ll get the chance to experience authentic Belizean culture.

When you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Guest App, so you have easy access to all the information you need for a perfect visit. Full concierge services are available for tours, local transportation, and golf cart rental.

We provide transportation to and from the villa upon your arrival and departure. If you would like any provisioning, we will recommend a preferred service.

Your kitchen will be stocked with drinking water. The house will have everything you’ll need such as bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies.

We respect your privacy, so maid service is pre-arranged by you (additional fee). Fresh linens are provided in the villa.

We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals, allowing us to air out the villa and clean and disinfect all surfaces.

Guest access
All of our guests are provided with a copy of our Mobile Guest App that provides a wealth of information about planning for your trip, travel to Belize, getting the the island, access codes and WiFi codes. The app is also fully integrated with Google Maps making finding local restaurants, beaches and bars a breeze. Arranging flights from the international airport, filling out your Guest Registration form (required by the Belize Tourism Board), golf cart rentals, catering services, meal delivery, and excursions can also be arranged through the app.

As part of our Gold Standard protocols your temperature and Health App ID number will be recorded at the island airport upon your arrival before you head to the house. When you arrive at the home the air-conditioning and lights will all have been turned on for you. If friends and family need to reach you, they can call the cell phone we provide at no charge to you (you’ll receive the number before you arrive).

When you arrive on the island, we will meet you at your arrival point (airport or water taxi) and guide you to complimentary arrival and departure transportation to and from the villa (maximum two taxis with five passengers per taxi each way).

Other things to note
All guest amenities are included with your stay; beach towels, towels, linens, drinking water, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.

When you stay with us we ask that you please help us to protect our environment by limiting your use of water and by only using the washing machine and dryer when necessary and only with a full load, the full load recommendation also applies to the dishwasher.

Please conserve water, our cisterns are supplied by rain water and delivered water.

San Pedro Town, Belize

The villas are located 3.3 miles north of "the bridge" or 4 miles from the centre of town. It's situated in a location that's just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but is still only a short drive into town.

There is a restaurant and bar right next door at Las Terrazas on the south side of the property and Cococabana is located on the north side of the property, there are several others within a short distance. By cart you have numerous other options between north of the bridge, places like Portofino, Rojo Lounge, Truck Stop, Stella's Smile, Paco's Tiki Bar, Marbucks, Legends, Rain, Aji Tapa Lounge, Island Tavern, Salty Beach Bar, Pirates Treasure, Dive Bar and more. All of the places listed are within a 15-minute golf cart ride of Solaria Villas. Our Mobile Guest App lists all of our favourites and more and is integrated with Google Maps so you'll have no problem finding them.

There are several grocery stores north of the bridge, we also recommend Lagniappe Provisioning and they have a promo code in our Mobile Guest App.

During your stay
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are also available after hours for emergencies. Your villa includes a cell phone for local calls pre-loaded with $5USD of credit (more than enough for most guests over a week). If you have any problems at the villa during your stay our on-site caretaker can assist you with anything you may run into and will also bring you fresh drinking water and remove your garbage when requested. We are always available by email and respond quickly between 6:30am and 9:30pm Mondays through Saturday and 10:00am to 9:30pm on Sundays. We are a full service manager and can assist with all of your needs.
