Very clean and well maintained Beautiful Rustic 2 bedroom House in Country Setting. House is 1400 sq. ft. only 1 year old. Sleeps 8 adults-(1 king, 1 queen, 1 king sofa sleeper) and (1 bunk bed, upper/lower, sleeps 2) Vaulted ceilings throughout, central heat and air. Huge custom bathroom with shower, tub and double sink. Washer/Dryer in house. Double Carport to protect your vehicle. House shares a common wall with 3 bdrm house. Game room on site (shared space between 4 houses) with pool table, ping pong, treadmill and fitness Equipment so you don't miss out on the fun or your workout. Private propane grill with free propane. Non smoking. Detectors in room to ensure your room is non smoking. TV includes 250 channels + 11 movie channels.
Guests do well catching fish in our fishing pond. We are presently feeding the fish and will be stocking the pond with catfish, bluegill and perch at the start of 2019. You are always welcome to use our rods and lures. The fishing will be great this summer! Please read House Manual in Other Notes before booking.

We take pride in maintaining a very clean environment for our guests, we are pet free and smoke free.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, bowls, silverware, cooking pots, pans, everything you need.
Propane grill is ready to go and filled with propane.
Wood and paper for the fire-pit are next to it, lighter is on shelf by door.
We have good well water which is run through a fine filter and is good for drinking.
Please no fish placed in refrigerator in house, we have a separate refrigerator, please ask and we will show you.
Please no cooking of fish in house, please use propane grill.
No hunting or firearms use on the property.
Please no grease in sink due to septic, I provide plastic containers.
The house uses a septic system, please put only toilet paper and nothing else down toilet.
Hot water heater is on demand/tankless so no waiting between showers.
Towels and wash clothes are in the cupboard in the bathroom.
There is an extra mattress pad for the sofa sleeper in the big closet. Also extra blankets and pillows.
The Game/Fitness Room is a shared space with 4 houses on the property.
Please leave door unlocked and key on table when checking out, you can leave all bedding on beds, and towels in hamper, I will take care of everything.
