Beautiful typical Madeira House, where to spend a SAFE holiday!

NO COVID House! If before Covid we were immaculate in cleaning, now our home is even CLEANER and SAFER! High levels of hygiene and Covid safety recommended by Health entities! Very Safe, 2 days on each Check in/out...

Wonderful Garden with Madeira flowers around and a superb magnificent view from our terrace. 10 minutes easy walking to the city center, or by Bus, 2 minutes, near of Market place and Supermarket! Bar on corner!

You can walk or rent a car (we have a private garage for you) or use the public transports/Bus (to the city and the way back to the house in 2 minutes) GREAT :)

The house is brand new, all new equipments with safe and reinforced security systems, you can use your own code to enter and leave the house, feeling protected, documents, passport and your values with a safe in the room.

For SECURE reasons, we do NOT have gas system in the house!!!

The right place to have all family safe together, while you can enjoy our Garden! You will feel at Home :)

Fresh bread every morning for your breakfast, at the door of the house around 9:00 a.m. if requested, no extra cost for deliveries...

We have private parking place (a garage) for you, protecting your car...

The right place to explore the island, 5 to 7 minutes to be at the Free way, all directions, north, south, east, west, includind the Hospital and the Airport (10 and 15 minutes by car to be there).

Boa Vista, in english "Good View" is a safe neighborhood, close to everything! The house is only about 10 minutes walk from the city of Funchal, it's Historic area, the Old Town and Barreirinha beach, where you can jump to the Ocean, in warm and refreshing water...

About 200 meters from the house, you will find the famous Quinta da Boa Vista, highly recommended by Trip Advisor, with a great variety of Orchids collected more than 20 years ago...
But if you walk all the way up Boa Vista Street, you will be just half an hour (10 minutes by car) from the famous Botanical Garden of Madeira, with its indigenous and incredible endemic species ...
