Built in 1895 and beautifully restored, this grand Victorian home is the perfect getaway. Explore the city as we are conveniently located near Downtown Duluth, the Lakewalk, Canal Park, many state parks, and more. Or, stay in and read a classic novel in the library, watch cars roll by on the front porch, or prepare a gourmet meal in the eat-in kitchen. This home has it all. The space
The second floor hosts 5 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The King Suite has an attached bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper. The main floor boasts a grand dining room, parlor, library, billiard room, music room, and an eat-in kitchen.

When staying at A Charles Weiss Home, the original woodwork throughout the home, along with the antique furniture and decor give you a sense that you have been transported back in time. If you have an old soul, this place is for you!

Guest access
Guests have access to the first 2 floors and have use of the large front porch. It's a great place to gather with friends and family. The 3rd floor is where our daughter lives with their roommates. There is no shared space and guests and tenants each have their own entrance.

Other things to note
There is a shared driveway with the neighbor to access the back parking lot. Guests may park in the designated "guest parking" spots in the lot. Parking on the street is allowed on alternate sides per the city ordinances.

The short-term rental agreement must be accepted and acknowledge and the registration form filled out and returned prior to receiving the lock-box code to access the front entrance. We are more than happy to send that to those interested in booking.

We began visiting Duluth years ago and fell in love with everything the North Shore offers and knew that someday we would have to call Duluth home. We’ve been here for nearly 10 years now and feel incredibly fortunate to live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by wonderful people.
