Very unique and modern home, sleeps 6 very comfortably across the 3 bed / 3 full bath home. A 1 minute walk to the York-Dauphin El Station. Easy access to I-95. You can have the entire home, and enjoy city and bridge views from the rooftop deck. Fully equipped kitchen, free on-street parking.

A short walk or Uber to all Fishtown / Kensington has to offer - and easy access to the rest of Philadelphia via the El. Verizon FIOS gigabit internet as a bonus for business travelers.

The space
A brand new property with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths. All beds are adjustable (i.e. head / fit can be raised). Televisions in each room with access to Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. YouTubeTV on all displays in the house. Gigabit ethernet via Verizon FIOS. A fully equipped kitchen, Weber grill on the back patio. Rooftop deck with city and bridge views. Parking is free but with the rapid development - getting trickier to find especially in the evenings. Enjoy foosball on the Rene Pierre table - or head for a short walk to places in the neighborhood like Philadelphia Brewing, Martha’s, Evil Genius, Frannie Lou’s, ZigZag BBQ, Circles + Squares, and more!

Guest access
For your stay, you will have access to the entire house - 3 full bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen (equipped), a private patio, and a roof-top deck. Parking is readily available, often just outside your front door.

Other things to note
Access to the house is keyless. You will receive a passcode no later than the morning of your arrival via a text message to your phone. There are security cameras protecting the exterior and the mechanicals of the house.

This neighborhood, described as both "Fishtown" and "Kensington" is really just a quiet little side street. It may look a bit gritty to begin, but it's a quiet little community with easy access to public transportation, a short walk to great restaurants and bars, and a simple drive on / off I-95.

Short walk to favorites like Loco Pez, Steep and Grind, PIzza Brain, Philadelphia Brewing Co, Martha's... the list grows every day in the rapidly redeveloping neighborhood.

Also very close / accessible to even spaces like Urban Axes, Fillmore, Johnny Brenda's.
